Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for handling and packaging.
  • During high-volume seasons, events, or community relief drops, handling time may extend to 5–7 business days.

We’re a small, Maui-based operation rebuilding with our community — thank you for your patience and support.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • All orders include tracking once shipped.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or Maui disaster-recovery impact.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground / Air

Carrier selection is based on the best available rate and speed at the time of shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions (when offered) will automatically apply at checkout.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be stoked with your order.

Eligible Returns

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused items in original condition
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited-edition drops
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was on our end (misprint, wrong item, damaged on arrival).
  • Tracking is required on all return shipments for proof of delivery.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product swaps if stock is available.
  • If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of item
  • Description of issue

We’ll replace it or make it right. That’s our word.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped yet.
  • Once tracking has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, check with neighbors or local post office first.
  • If still missing, contact us. We’ll help open a carrier claim.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund packages marked as delivered.
